Free shipping worldwide

Every order ships free, wherever you are. Priority delivery is available as an add-on at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders leave us within 2–4 days. Most arrive 7–14 days after you order. Remote areas and customs checks can add a few days.

Ordering for Christmas

December is the busiest month of the year for the post. If it's a gift, order early.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your country's customs, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in five business days, message us through the Contact page and we'll chase it.

Wrong address

We send to the address you enter at checkout. If it's wrong, message us through the Contact page as soon as you can — we can usually change it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address, we can't recover it, and a replacement would need to be a new order.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the parcel and the hoodie before you unpack any further, and message us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery. See the Refund Policy — we'll put it right.
